Dietary Timeline by Queen Afua

Sunrise:

  • Eat lightly after fasting overnight

  • We should not shock the body with heavy foods (pancakes, meats, fried foods, rolls, even loud noises)

  • Light diet, easy movements/ exercise, prayer, meditation

  • The lighter the breakfast the more in-tune we are spiritually

  • Foods that’s easy to digest ( fruits and fresh juices)

  • Chamomile tea ( nerves)

  • Rosehips (vitamin C)

  • Red Zinger (relaxant with vitamin c)

Weak mind (take 1 teaspoon of Gota Kola Herb, 1 cup of water, steep for 30 minutes)

*Morning coffee (high in iron) (3 tablespoons blackstrap molasses to a cup of warm water)


Sun Apex (mid-day) (lunch):

•Heaviest meal

•Exercise afterwards (walking, running)

•Proteins (soya meats, beans, peas, lentils, baked fish, and nuts

•Complex carbohydrates (starches) steamed vegetables, or raw salad

•Juices, teas, water should be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before or after meal


Sun descent (dinner time)

•Eat lightly

Eating heavy foods after the sun goes down will make you suffer from indigestion, gas, nightmares, bad moods, weight problems, and constipation. Poison the system.

Fall/ winter last meal 4-5pm no later than 6pm


Spring/summer last meal 7-8pm

If you need to eat after those times, only eat fruits, vegetables, salads, fresh fruit and Vegetable juices.


You will notice a decrease in weight of 4-5 pounds and an increase in morning energy and power.


Fall/winter: Eat heavier foods to build heat in our bodies. We also hibernate more. Greater possibility for mental depression, aches, pain, shortness of breathe, colds and fevers. Greater need for meditation, quiet movements, and planning for the future.

Spring/ summer: More active, ready for the world, eat lighter, naturally do more fasting. Meditation. Planting time.


Doing this differently will cause our bodies to rebel and get sick.

Overeating cause tiredness, skin eruptions, high blood pressure, edema.
